Heavy rain meant that judging took place in the wet weather ring and although the ring was not large, all exhibitors and dogs coped well and those hounds who could stride out well did so. I did not feel that any one fault or virtue dominated. This was a diverse entry in type, but although not quite as consistent as I would like, I was pleased with my line-up in both dogs and bitches.
